Adeyemi Awolesi (RN, CPRP) is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AnchorTees Health Inc. and the Executive Director of Anchor Healing Homes. As a registered nurse, rehabilitation specialist, behavioral health leader, and community advocate, she provides strategic leadership for organizations committed to restoring dignity, stability, and hope for individuals and families experiencing behavioral health and social challenges.
With years of experience spanning nursing, caregiving, psychiatric rehabilitation, behavioral health program development, and executive leadership, Adeyemi combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the real-life challenges affecting individuals living with trauma, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, homelessness, unemployment, and family instability. Her work is guided by the belief that every person deserves compassionate, person-centered care and meaningful opportunities to recover, rebuild, and thrive.
