Position Overview

Anchortees Health Inc. is seeking a qualified Certified Rehabilitation Specialist (CRS) or Licensed Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) to serve as Supervision Staff for our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). This role provides clinical and programmatic oversight, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with Virginia DMAS and DBHDS standards, while maintaining high-quality, person-centered care.

The Supervisor plays a critical role in staff development, compliance, and client outcomes across the PRP program.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to Direct Care Workers (DCWs), Group Facilitators, and PRP staff
  • Ensure all services align with Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and recovery-oriented goals
  • Review, approve, and monitor documentation for compliance with Medicaid/DMAS requirements
  • Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Participate in intakes, assessments, and service planning as needed
  • Monitor client progress and ensure appropriate service delivery and interventions
  • Lead quality assurance activities, audits, and corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with QMHPs, case managers, therapists, and external providers
  • Provide crisis intervention guidance and escalation support when necessary

Qualifications

  • Must meet one of the following:
    • Certified Rehabilitation Specialist (CRS) (per Virginia requirements), OR
    • Licensed Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW in Virginia)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mental health, psychiatric rehabilitation, or related services
  • Prior supervisory or clinical oversight experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Virginia DMAS and DBHDS regulations for PRP services
  • Excellent leadership, documentation review, and compliance management skills
