Position Overview
Anchortees Health Inc. is seeking an experienced and organized PRP Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and service delivery of our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). This role ensures that all services are person-centered, compliant with state and Medicaid (DMAS) regulations, and aligned with best practices in psychiatric rehabilitation.
The PRP Coordinator serves as the bridge between clinical oversight, direct care staff, and administrative functions—ensuring quality, consistency, and measurable client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee PRP service delivery, ensuring alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- Supervise and support Direct Care Workers (DCWs) and PRP staff
- Ensure documentation compliance with Medicaid/DMAS and agency standards
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and service authorizations as required
- Monitor client progress and adjust services to meet evolving needs
- Coordinate care with QMHPs, case managers, therapists, and external providers
- Maintain quality assurance processes, audits, and reporting
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on PRP standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Must meet or be eligible for QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) status in Virginia
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mental health or psychiatric rehabilitation services
- Prior supervisory or program coordination experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Virginia DMAS regulations and PRP service requirements
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
